The High Pressure High Temperature (HPHT) gas well test presented significant challenges due to its complex technical nature and harsh environmental conditions. After several unsuccessful attempts, we are pleased to announce that, thanks to the collaboration and synergy of all involved parties—including the expert team at PDK and our esteemed client—the test at Qezel Tappeh well was successfully completed.
Key Challenges and Solutions:
• Multi-Technique Services: Provision of Surface Well Test, Drill Stem Test, Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Service.
• Harsh Environmental Conditions: The well's pressure and temperature exceeded expectations, requiring greater precision in selecting the appropriate equipment.
• Technical Issues with Equipment: Some tools and devices faced malfunctions due to the harsh conditions, which necessitated upgrades and optimizations.
• Engineering Collaboration and Technical Analysis: Close cooperation with technical teams allowed for more accurate analysis and the application of lessons learned from previous operations.
• Revised Planning and More Precise Execution: By reassessing risks and refining the test stages, we were able to execute the test with greater accuracy.
As the project execution team, we sincerely appreciate the patience and support of our respected client throughout this challenging process. The success of this test not only reflects the commitment and perseverance of our team but also marks a significant step in advancing the project goals and enhancing the level of Well Service provided by our company. We are thrilled to have overcome these challenges and are ready to continue contributing with the same dedication and expertise in the next phases of the project.
